We will always refund a Vetelli, no questions asked, if it is new, is in its original packaging, and has its original tags. If your Vetelli breaks because of a factory defect then we'll swap it for a new one or give you a store credit, whatever is convenient for you.

It’s nice leather and I bought it specifically to carry my medications. In the top section I used for scissors and thermometer nose hair trimmer plus medications I take in the evening. The bottom section has straps to hold things in place. It has all the medications I take in the morning. All zippers appear to high quality. I can pick it up and it’s all I need for a short stay somewhere. It can go in a take on bag, I don’t like to put in my luggage as the luggage might be lost or delayed. I does the job I needed
