We ship domestically to all 48 contiguous states within the U.S.
Please allow two to three business days to fulfil and issue you a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within 4–5 business days.
Delivery time is determined from the date the order is shipped. Most orders ship the following business day. However, processing time varies depending on the availability of our products and does not include weekends or holidays.

*We will always refund a Vetelli, no questions asked, if it is new, is in its original packaging and has its original tags. If your Vetelli breaks because of a factory defect then we'll swap it for a new one or give you a store credit, whatever is convenient for you.

Please Note we do offer customer service on weekends and we will always do our best to help you as quickly as possible HOWEVER sometimes things get missed or go astray in the system.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give you instructions on where and how to return.
Initial Shipping Costs are Non Refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
We will pay the cost of return shipping if your item is damaged or defective on receipt. Please contact us directly at email@example.com or via our contact form and please explain the issue clearly as well as provide photographic evidence.
Return of Non Damaged or Non Defective Items
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item for exchange or refund unless the item is damaged or defective (see above)

We will issue you a return shipping label and deduct the cost of that shipping label from the amount we refund
All items must be received and inspected by our warehouse before we process a refund or exchange for you
