Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. We will give you instructions on where and how to return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

This is a great overall travel bag. Well-made canvas with smooth zippers. Holds everything my husband needs--toiletries, electric toothbrush, electric shaver, meds, etc. The side zip pocket is perfect for items you don't want rattling around at the bottom of the main bag. Husband is very happy with this bag. Customer service at this company is stellar (Thank you, Jade, who made sure I would have this bag in time for Christmas!).

Okay, I'm trucker. Like a real, get in a semi truck and live in it for a week. I need to take all my gear with me for eating, sleeping, entertainment, and personal hygiene. I'm always running out of space for all the things I'd like to carry "just in case" and finding good quality gear to carry my other gear can be troublesome.I honestly didn't expect much when I ordered this bag. It's a bag to put man stuff in. What does it really need to be? Well, I discovered that I like what this one IS, and now I have a better idea of what a bag like this should be.First, there is real leather attached to this bag. They didn't have to put it there. It looks good, adds to the manliness, and I think it may actually be durable over the long haul. If I can grab the handle and carry it without worry, I'm happy. Second, the zippers are heavy duty. You normally don't see this heavy zipper on a standard "shaving kit" bag. These look sturdy, and so far, have functioned perfectly. Next, this is a HUGE bag. I put my shave cream, deodorant, razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, assorted other tools for hygiene, and it still has room. So I put in some personal hygiene wipes. Like a full sized bag of wipes. Not the travel size. There is still room in this bag.There are a couple of extra compartments, along with some elastic strips sewn into the inside to hold your razor or toothbrush, or whatever you can squeeze into those things. It helps keep stuff organized so there isn't just a big pile of shizzle in the middle of the bag. I like that.Personally, if I had the choice, I'd choose a darker color. This was all that was available when I ordered it. I travel for a living, and I use this a lot. It's going to get dirty over time. The light color just isn't going to hold up well for me. I nice darker brown or straight up black would be better for someone who is in my line of work. If you travel occasionally, or you never have to go further than your hotel room with it, it may stay looking pretty clean for you. If you are blue collar and are grabbing this thing after a long day of work and heading off to the shower, you may want a darker option. I like the color, it just isn't going to look nice in a few months with my situation.This is a pretty long review for a bag like this, but I really do like it, and I want you to have a good idea of what it is. You could almost roll up a change of clothes in this thing with your spare hygiene stuff and have a tiny little overnight bag just in case of a great night at the club, unexpected layover, or emergency kit if you get stranded. Even with the color, the sturdiness and functionality really impressed me. I think every guy should have one of these.
This is a very nice travel toiletry bag and it's quite large and well made. The materials are high quality and the zippers seem to be sturdy. There are two separate compartments--one large and the other smaller and they both feature a waterproof lining. The larger compartment features an additional zipped compartment and two mesh pockets for helping organize items. If you're looking for a large toiletry bag, this is a very good one.
I couldn't see using a 10"x5"x6" (or smaller) bag anymore...too cramped. Plenty of room and pockets for all the toiletries I need to bring along (and then some). Really glad I got this.
