    Delivery time is determined from the date the order is shipped. Most orders ship the following business day. However, processing time varies depending on the availability of our products and does not include weekends or holidays.

    We will always refund a Vetelli, no questions asked, if it is new, is in its original packaging, and has its original tags. If your Vetelli breaks because of a factory defect then we'll swap it for a new one or give you a store credit, whatever is convenient for you.

    Please note we do offer customer service on weekends and we will always do our best to help you as quickly as possible HOWEVER sometimes things get missed or go astray in the system.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Like the quality but like another reviewer the volume of storage is not as much as I had hoped to realize. Still, if you don’t carry ally this bag will work well for you.

We purchased this bag for our son as a gift. He has had a couple before this and they just weren’t up to par. The only problem with this one is once you fill it with all of your items, the straps aren’t long enough to contain them. The straps need to be longer, something they should have thought through when they made it. Now, either he will be putting less items in his “new” bag or we purchase another bag. Now that being said, this is a perfect bag for someone who doesn’t require a lot of toiletry items.

Decent choice

Nice bag, well built it seems, the zippers are good quality. I’ve only used it on a short trip so far, so it really has not been put through it’s paces. One thing I wished I would have noticed when I purchased it, it’s not real leather, they call it “vegan leather”. To each their own and no judgement, I’m a real leather person though. I don’t regret the purchase though, looks really nice.
