    Domestic Shipping

    We offer flat rate standard shipping on all orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

    Please allow two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within 4–5 business days.

    Delivery time is determined from the date the order is shipped. Most orders ship the following business day. However, processing time varies depending on the availability of our products and does not include weekends or holidays.

    We will always refund a Vetelli, no questions asked, if it is new, is in its original packaging, and has its original tags. If your Vetelli breaks because of a factory defect then we'll swap it for a new one or give you a store credit, whatever is convenient for you.

    Please note we do offer customer service on weekends and we will always do our best to help you as quickly as possible HOWEVER sometimes things get missed or go astray in the system.
