We ship domestically to all 48 contiguous states within the U.S.

Domestic Shipping

We offer flat rate standard shipping on all orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

Please allow two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within 4–5 business days.

Delivery time is determined from the date the order is shipped. Most orders ship the following business day. However, processing time varies depending on the availability of our products and does not include weekends or holidays.

For shipping to non-contiguous states of Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore United States territories and possessions (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) please request a shipping quote at support@vetelli.com.

Our 100% no questions asked return policy means that you can return your Vetelli for a full refund*, for a store credit* or exchange it for another product.

Need to return your Vetelli? Here's how:

2. Where you purchased your Vetelli
3. Your full name and email address
4. Your shipping address
5. An image of the problem (if applicable)

We will always refund a Vetelli, no questions asked, if it is new, is in its original packaging, and has its original tags. If your Vetelli breaks because of a factory defect then we'll swap it for a new one or give you a store credit, whatever is convenient for you.

Please note we do offer customer service on weekends and we will always do our best to help you as quickly as possible HOWEVER sometimes things get missed or go astray in the system.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vetelli.com. We will give you instructions on where and how to return.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will pay the cost of return shipping if your item is damaged or defective on receipt. Please contact us directly at support@vetelli.com or via our contact form and please explain the issue clearly as well as provide photographic evidence.

Return of Non Damaged or Non-Defective Items

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item for exchange or refund unless the item is damaged or defective (see above)Please contact us at hello@vetelli.com to arrange this We will issue you a return shipping label and deduct the cost of that shipping label from the amount we refund
