Return, Refund and Exchange Policy for Vetelli
100% no questions asked return policy means that you can return your Vetelli for a full refund*, for a store credit* or exchange it for another product.
Need to return your Vetelli? Here's how:
Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact form
Email us these details:
- Your order number
- Where you purchased your Vetelli
- Your full name and email address
- Your shipping address
- An image of the problem (if applicable)
- Tell us how we can assist you
*We will always refund a Vetelli, no questions asked, if it is new, is in its original packaging and has its original tags. If your Vetelli breaks because of a factory defect then we'll swap it for a new one or give you a store credit, whatever is convenient for you.
Important - Do not use Facebook, Instagram or other social channels as this may result in us missing your initial question
Please Note we do offer customer service on weekends and we will always do our best to help you as quickly as possible HOWEVER sometimes things get missed or go astray in the system.
If we have not replied to you within 24 hours PLEASE contact us again.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give you instructions on where and how to return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gift Card Giveaway T&Cs
Winner of the gift card will be announced on the 10th of every month and will be contacted via email. If the winner does not reply within five days a new winner will be chosen.
Gift Card is available for 90 days from the date of issue and can be used for products available on Vetelli Online Store.
All products will be shipped with standard shipping and the products ordered with the gift card cannot be exchanged.
Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and any amount left unused can be applied as a discount for a future order.
